At the front desk or by phone, concierges can log guest requests manually in just a few clicks.
Each request is then automatically assigned to the right staff member, with task creation, real-time tracking, status notifications, and clear billing information.

Because the right message sent to the wrong person is still the wrong message, our CRM continues to evolve to help you target more effectively.
Here are the new segmentation criteria now available in Bowo:

- Birthday
- to trigger the right gesture at the right time
- Campaign behavior - email opens, link clicks, unsubmitted forms… all useful signals to personalize your follow-ups
- Booker vs. Guest (via Mews and Opera Cloud) - thanks to our integration with these PMSs, Bowo can now distinguish between the person who made the booking and the one staying. This allows you to send the right message to the right person — for example, the invoice to the booker, and a welcome message to the guest.

With Bowo’s new click map, you don’t have to guess - you can see it.
Each campaign now comes with a visual heatmap showing the number of clicks on each element of your email.

📥 [CRM] Your forms now automatically enrich Mews

No more double entry! Thanks to new sync developments with Mews, the information your guests provide through Bowo forms is now sent directly to your PMS.
👉 First name, last name, email address, reason for stay… all of it is automatically added to the guest’s Mews profile as soon as the form is submitted.
👉 This helps you capture missing email addresses (especially valuable for OTA guests) and improve the quality of your database.

📆 [Guest App] A calendar-style booking page — simple, visual, efficient

Our new calendar-style booking page is designed just for that.

Perfect for hotels with a wide range of offerings: yoga, spa, workshops, coworking…

And there’s more:
Prices can now adjust automatically based on guest segments. For instance, access to a class might be free for members — and paid for others. It’s all handled seamlessly.

🔐 [Security] SSO login now available for enterprise accounts

Bowo now supports Single Sign-On (SSO) using the SAML protocol.

What does that mean in practice?
Your teams no longer need to remember a separate password to access the Bowo back office. They can log in automatically using their existing professional accounts (Microsoft Entra / Azure AD, Google Workspace, or Okta).

🧼 Bowo x HotSOS Housekeeping: Seamless connection between guest requests and your housekeeping teams

Thanks to our integration with HotSOS Housekeeping (Amadeus), any request submitted by a guest through the Bowo Guest App can automatically be pushed into HotSOS for faster, better-coordinated handling.

Need extra towels? A technical issue reported? A room refresh?

Everything is automatically routed to HotSOS and assigned to the relevant team.

On your end, nothing changes: you continue managing all conversations from the Crisp interface.

Bowo x OfficeRnD Flex: A smoother coworking experience for your members

OfficeRnD Flex is to coworking spaces what a PMS is to hotels: it manages members, space bookings, and service access.

If your property already uses OfficeRnD, you can now connect it to Bowo to provide a smoother experience for your clients or members.
From the Guest App, they can book a meeting room, view available time slots, or access services included in their corporate account.
