Louvre Hotels Group has partnered with Bowo to offer a custom-developed web app and guest relationship management platform. A new approach that seeks to better respond to customer expectations, streamline the guest experience, and enrich its hotels’ offerings.

Recently designated 3rd-best guest app in the world, the Bowo platform brings together all the hotel's services into a single web application and provides complementary tools for hoteliers. This enables an enhanced guest experience and effective communication while generating additional revenue.

Thanks to this new solution, Louvre Hotels Group establishments are now able to offer their customers new services to improve their travel experience: a digital room directory, room service ordering, activity reservations, entertainment modules such as digital newspapers or city guides, as well as real-time reporting of any incidents encountered.

At a time when personalisation is a strong expectation for travellers, the Bowo platform also improves the service provided by the hotel, with more personalised communication to do with the customer's stay.

The digital tool does away with certain constraints that on-site staff usually face, so they can focus more on hospitality, service, and customer contact.

Although the partnership is recent, cooperation between Louvre Hotels Group and Bowo is not new. The startup created the web app used by Campanile Smart Lyon Est, the group's first 100% connected hotel in Europe, with the "Smart Inside" label.

Currently, a dozen of the group's hotels have installed the Bowo platform and thanks to this new agreement, the group will now be able to open up the solution to all its hotels.
