[Product Update 2026] Bowo widens the scope of the guest relationship
Digital solutionsIn 2026, Bowo brings three things closer together: what you know about your guests, how you reach them, and the operations behind every stay.
E-reputation, artificial intelligence, in-room TV, housekeeping, new dashboards: here's what landed on your platform these past few months.
Know your guests better: a new e-reputation module
Ratings have long driven your visibility on booking platforms. They now also shape what AI assistants recommend.Which makes it worth knowing exactly what pushes yours up, and what pulls it down.
That's what the new e-reputation module is for, built alongside Eklo Hotels. It pulls together your reviews and ratings from Google, Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Expedia and your Bowo surveys, whether you're looking at one property or the whole group.
You track your NPS, you compare periods, you read the sentiment topic by topic: the welcome, cleanliness, breakfast, value for money.
The dashboard then ranks those topics by their real effect on your score: the ones dragging it down on one side, the ones lifting it on the other.
You see what's costing you points, which strengths to lean on, and what to tackle first.
Then there's replying.
The AI detects the language of the review and writes in the tone your brand has set. You automate replies to positive reviews and keep control of the sensitive ones, the ones that call for a real gesture.Your reviews stop living on their own platforms. They join the CRM, the surveys, the conversations and the rest of what Bowo already holds, and round out what you know about each guest once the stay is over.
Make it personal: an AI that knows your hotel
What time does the spa open? Can breakfast be served before 6am?On WhatsApp, by SMS, by email or in the in-app chat, the Bowo AI answers your guests using your property's own information, in the guest's language and in your brand's tone.
Every property has its own knowledge base. We build it from your website, your brochures, your emails and your room directory pages. You add as many questions and answers as you like, and you update any content the moment it changes.
Enter something once and it works everywhere. No more rewriting the same answer for every channel.
Conversations don't dead-end either. After each exchange, the AI adds a note to the guest's profile and generates the matching tags. A request made during the stay no longer vanishes into a thread: it feeds the profile, and your future marketing segments.
Finally, you set how much autonomy the AI gets. Above your confidence threshold, the reply goes out on its own and stays on record. Below it, the AI prepares a draft your staff approves in one click. And every approval feeds the knowledge base.
Showcase your services: the in-room TV wears your colours
The TV is the biggest screen in the room. And the least used in the hotel.
With Bowo, it greets each guest by name the moment they walk in, then shows your room directory, your practical details and your offers, on a screen entirely in your colours.
You showcase your services without piling up more material in the room, or more work on your teams.TV channels, web radio, weather, Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Chromecast: every property picks the content and the apps that match its positioning.
And you keep the TVs you already have. A simple HDMI dongle is enough. A more affordable way to modernise the in-room experience, with no fleet to replace.
Run the house better: housekeeping moves into the Bowo back-office
A room can be clean without being ready: one pending inspection or one broken radiator is enough to delay its return to inventory. Front desk, housekeeping and maintenance need the same view of operations.
A tool built for housekeeping and hotel operations is now available inside the Bowo environment. From the back-office:
- the front desk follows the status of every room,
- the head housekeeper assigns tasks by priority,
- maintenance finds the issues waiting to be handled.
Staff-only, this space has a direct effect on the service your guests get. The front desk can see whether a request has been picked up, follow where it stands, and tell the guest right away, without having to call the head housekeeper or maintenance.
Bringing it together also spares you a separate housekeeping tool to administer: one fewer interface, one fewer subscription, one fewer vendor to manage.
Steer with real numbers: new dashboards
Three questions you ask yourself every month, each with its own dashboard.
What the AI handled. You can tell apart the exchanges handled automatically, the replies passed to your staff, and the ones they approved. You measure the share the AI actually took on, and set your thresholds from real use rather than gut feeling.
What your marketing campaigns bring in. Sends, recipients, deliverability, opens, clicks, unsubscribes. You compare two periods, you track how things move over time, and you find the detail of every campaign in the same view, export included. You spot which communications are working and which need another pass.
What your guests answered in your surveys. Volume over time, results question by question, and the comments your guests left. Your pre-stay, in-stay and post-stay surveys become usable straight away, with no export needed.
